We believe the safest way to protect your assets is by maintaining direct control over them, separate from trading platforms and any associated business risks. Do I need a crypto wallet?

Yes, you will need to have your own wallet. As we function separately from any exchange platform, we do not provide our own wallets. You must have a wallet address to start the exchange process; otherwise, we will not know where to send the virtual assets.

What can I do if my bank rejects the transfer or problems occur?

If your bank declined the transaction, we recommend contacting your bank directly and informing them that you made the transaction intentionally and with full awareness. In many cases, banks can approve the transaction after such clarification. If you continue to experience problems, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to assist you.

Is a withdrawal possible at swap-bridge.com?

To provide a streamlined and simple exchange process, we currently specialize in one-way transactions from fiat to virtual assets. As a result, withdrawals in fiat currencies are not possible.

How long does a purchase process take?

The duration depends on several factors, particularly the time it takes for your payment to be received. Using real-time bank transfers or inline payments can significantly speed up the process. Typically, it takes about five minutes to complete our initial process, including the transfer of the transaction amount. Please note that additional documents might be required to process your request.
